Mark Chan is the Founder and Managing Partner of H.M. Chan & Co.

Mark is a leading corporate and capital markets lawyer with over two decades of experience advising on a broad range of transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary offerings in Hong Kong, public and private mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions and capital raisings. He advises listed and private companies, investment funds and private investors on complex and high-value matters across a wide range of industries.

Mark has extensive experience in cross-border transactions involving Hong Kong-listed issuers and PRC-related groups and is recognised for his ability to advise on sophisticated matters involving transaction structuring, regulatory considerations and deal execution.
